Jim Scholefield To Become Chief Technology Officer of Legends
He will lead the technology strategy at the combined Legends and ASM Global business
Following the August 2024 acquisition of venue management organization ASM Global by live events company Legends, Jim Scholefield has been appointed Chief Technology Officer of the combined business.
Work history:
Over three-plus decades in technology leadership, Scholefield has held executive technology roles at companies such as Merck & Co., Nike and The Coca-Cola Company, driving large-scale digital transformation and enterprise modernization, while implementing new technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital capabilities.
His most recent role was Global Chief Information & Digital Officer at Marriott International, a five-year tenure in which he played a key role in modernizing Marriott’s technology infrastructure.

Scholefield will lead the combined company’s technology strategy, innovation, and execution across all digital platforms and systems.
His focus will be on enabling world-class performance and scalable growth for both Legends and its global portfolio of partners.
