Jade Skelly Announced as General Manager of Laneway Festival

Jade Skelly is the new General Manager of Laneway Festival, the touring event that visits capital cities across Australia and New Zealand annually.

Backstory:

• Skelly was previously General Manager of Splendour in the Grass, one of Australia’s biggest festivals, a role she began in 2019.

• She has also held senior roles at the Big Day Out and Download Festival Australia.

• Skelly replaces Jessie Parker, who recently announced she was leaving Laneway after 17 years.

The 2027 event:

• Earlier this week organizers announced the 2027 Laneway dates and venues, which are here.

• The lineup for the festival’s 22nd edition is expected to be announced in late September.
