Harri Davies Joins The Other Songs as Head of A&R
The exec was most recently Head of A&R at RCA Records UK
Music and entertainment company The Other Songs (TOS) has hired Harri Davies as Head of A&R.
Backstory:
Davies was most recently Head of A&R at RCA Records UK, overseeing a roster that included Myles Smith, Bring Me The Horizon, JADE, Charlotte Plank and Tyla.
Prior to RCA Davies was Senior Director of A&R at Concord Music Publishing, signing artists such as Tyla, Chase & Status, Flowdan, Walshy Fire and Imanbek.
He previously led the A&R department at independent publisher Bucks Music Group, managing a roster that included XTC and Roni Size.
He started his career as an engineer and producer.

In December it was announced that TOS had been appointed to manage the music catalog of Andrew Lloyd Webber.
TOS’ team expanded in 2025 with the appointment of Louis Brown as General Manager and Raju Watts as Financial Director.
Co-Founder Billy Webber moved into the role of President, with fellow Co-Founder Alastair Webber becoming CEO.
