English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran is set to sign with Interscope Records. Sheeran will be reuniting with Interscope CEO John Janick, who worked with Sheeran previously during his run at Warner's Elektra Records. The move follows Sheeran's exit from Warner Music Group this past May, closing the book on a label home that carried global hits like "Shape of You" and "Perfect" across 8 albums over 15 years. Under the UMG umbrella, Sheeran now joins an Interscope roster alongside Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga & Kendrick Lamar.

Swedish pop star Zara Larsson has signed with RCA Records, shifting over from Epic Records, her home since 2013, in an internal Sony side-move. The switch comes off the back of her fifth album Midnight Sun, whose title track spent 23 weeks atop Billboard's Pop Airplay chart, plus a viral run for "Lush Life" on TikTok. Larsson was recently named Billboard's Women in Music Breakthrough for 2026.

Snow Patrol have signed a global recording deal with BMG, extending a relationship that already covers publishing for band members Gary Lightbody & Nathan Connolly. The GRAMMY-nominated band opened the new chapter with "These Alarms," a collaboration with Kylie Minogue originally written for 2024's UK No. 1 album The Forest Is the Path. They join a BMG UK roster that includes Lily Allen, Louis Tomlinson, Johnny Marr, MARINA, The Script, Simple Minds, Suede & Rick Astley.

Geese and frontman Cameron Winter have signed with Tyler Richman & Anna Spaulding of weekday mgmt, covering both the band and Winter's solo work. The Brooklyn-based rock outfit parted ways with Willie Upbin of No Truce ahead of the move, landing at weekday off a stacked run including SNL musical guest, Coachella, and Primavera Sound in support of their third album Getting Killed. With four Libera Awards including record of the year, the group is considered a top contender for Best New Artist at next year’s GRAMMY Awards, and will be heading on the second leg of their tour this fall.
Restless Road has signed with EMPIRE Nashville, with EVP Jen Way leading the partnership. The country trifecta, consisting of Zach Beeken, Garrett Nichols & Colton Pack, previously recorded for Sony Music Nashville. They kick off their new era with the single "Forever A Go" (out this Friday), which racked up 10M+ views and 250K+ likes on teaser content alone.
Ari Lennox has signed with Joseph Harris & Akin Aliu of CAA for booking. The R&B singer-songwriter, who parted ways with Dreamville Records in 2025, dropped third studio album Vacancy in January via Interscope and wrapped a 31-city North American tour this spring with support from Lekan & PHABO. Since the CAA move, Lennox has added an Austin City Limits taping to the rollout, set to stream worldwide.
