First Artists Management, the talent agency specializing in composers and music supervisors, is rebranding as FAM agency, as reported by Variety.
New hires:
In tandem with the announcement, the company has hired former Kraft-Engel Management agent Dan North.
North brings to FAM composers and music supervisors including Gabriel Mann (Emily in Paris), Marcus Norris (Lady in the Lake), Tim Williams (Pearl), Jonathan Sanford (The Good Daughter), Andrew Kotatko (The Power of the Dog) and Daniel Rossen (Past Lives).
FAM has also announced two additional hires: Alexander Beltran, formerly of Warner Bros., joins the Los Angeles office as Head of Business Affairs; Julie Blake, formerly of Erased Tapes, joins the London office as Business Affairs Manager.
Additional signings:
Variety reports that FAM has also expanded its roster, signing Scottish post-rock band Mogwai, singer-songwriter Andrew Bird, Matthew Herbert, music supervisor Jemma Burns, Sofia degli Alessandri aka Drum & Lace, Tune-Yards, and The Rescues.
