Dave Stewart’s RARE Entity Names Vicky Dowdall Partner, Business Development

RARE Entity, the culture-focused venture group co-founded by Eurythmics guitarist Dave Stewart, has appointed artist manager and entrepreneur Vicky Dowdall as Partner, Business Development.

The role:

• Dowdall will head business development, collaborating with creators, founders, rights holders and strategic partners to build businesses from ideas and intellectual property.

Backstory:

• Dowdall is the longtime manager of Scottish singer-songwriter Nina Nesbitt, and has guided the careers of Ella Henderson, Cody Frost and Olivia Sebastianelli.

• She co-founded independent label Apple Tree Records with Nesbitt.

• Dowdall also sits on the board of the Music Managers Forum.
