Ben Farber Leaves Warner Records, Joins VERSION III Full Time

Ben Farber has left his role as Vice President of Streaming Strategy & Revenue at Warner Records to dedicate himself full time to VERSION III, the indie label and management company he co-founded with Josh Epple and Andrew Cramb.

Early success:

• VERSION III signed country-pop artist Dasha in 2023, independently releasing her breakout single “Austin.”

• It went on to reach nearly 2 billion global streams before she signed to Warner.

Breeding ground:

• Several artists developed by the company have progressed to larger label partnerships.

• Country artist Dalton Davis was upstreamed to MCA/Universal.

• Americana-pop artist Ian Harrison was upstreamed to Sony Nashville.

• Pop-metal duo Sace6 signed with Sumerian Records.

• Hard rockers Holy Wars signed with Rise Records.

Latest signings:

• VERSION III recently signed singer-songwriter Laila Mach, industrial metal band Heartline, pop artist LEXXE, and country artist Antwane Tyler.
