Romain Vivien, Believe
Believe has expanded the responsibilities of Romain Vivien, Global Head of Music, as the company evolves its commercial organization to support its 2030 ambition.
Expanded role:
Vivien will continue overseeing Believe’s global recording music activities, while now directly leading its three major geographic regions – EMEA, the Americas, and APAC – and driving the Group’s strategic partnerships.
Why it matters:
Believe says the change creates a simpler and more integrated leadership model, bringing together regional execution, global business lines, and strategic partnerships.
The move is designed to accelerate execution of the company’s “2030 ambition” under its five-year ‘From Access to Success’ strategic plan, launched in January 2025.
Regional leadership:
Three Regional Presidents will report directly to Vivien.
Americas: Adriana Sein joins Believe as President Americas, overseeing the US, Canada, and Latin America.
She brings experience from Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Ultra Music.
EMEA: Believe veteran Viktoria Siniavskaia has been appointed President EMEA, following leadership roles spanning META, East & Southern Europe, and the Americas.
APAC: Sylvain Delange continues as President APAC.
Global recording music support:
Vivien’s global recording music activities will be supported by Elsa Bahamonde Bourgain (President of Believe Artist Services & Believe Label & Artist Solutions) and Brian Miller, Chief Business Officer for TuneCore.
Alongside Chris Meehan, CEO of Publishing, the new structure is intended to reinforce Believe’s ambition to operate as ‘One Global Music Organization,’ while preserving local expertise and entrepreneurial culture.
What they said:
Romain Vivien, Global Head of Music: “By evolving our regional organization around three major geographic pillars, we are creating clearer accountability, accelerating decision-making closer to local markets, and fostering stronger execution across our global footprint.”
