The Green Events & Innovations Conference focuses on creating a sustainable live event industry
A Greener Future (AGF), a not-for-profit company dedicated to assisting events operate more sustainably, has announced the information for the 18th Green Events & Innovations Conference (GEI18). The industry gathering will take place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
GEI18:
The conference is a collaboration between AGF and the International Live Music Conference (ILMC), a similar gathering discussing the entirety of the live music business.
The programming will include panels, discussions, and case studies from both music and sporting events.
Some topics have already been confirmed for discussion at GEI18, such as extreme weather and operational impacts; green touring; and boycotts, bans, and lawsuits.
The conference will once again host The Quick-Fire Innovation Round, where approved applicants can pitch climate-friendly solutions for the industry.
The conference ends with the International AGF Awards, which celebrate events, venues, organizations, and individuals who have done exemplary work in the realm of sustainability.
